The Gallery at London Glassblowing

In 2009 London Glassblowing moved to its present superb location on Bermondsey Street.  Huge glass doors lead to a bright, yet intimate gallery offering views of the fiery furnaces beyond.  The gallery is recognised as a leader in its field, and as well as showing the work of Peter Layton and his team of celebrated artists, hosts a varied programme of British and international glass art.   Many visitors have never seen work of this quality or watched the making process, and often their jaws simply drop as they exclaim ‘I never imagined you could do anything like this with glass.’
